We could not be more thankful for Dave and Debbie. We were selling a rental and were not able to be there in person to work on the sale. Both Dave and Debbie were our eyes and ears checking on everything and helping supervise all the repairs being done. They have worked so hard to make sure the sale of our home went smoothly. We had so many obstacles along the way but they always were there to guide and help us. Debbie was so prompt about answering any questions in a timely manner. Amazing service from both of them! Dave & Debbie went above and beyond helping us find our home. We gave them a wish list of what we were hoping to find including of course the ‘must have or can’t live without items’. That list from my perspective was actually much smaller that I initially anticipated. I had to have 2 bathrooms, 1.5 at a minimum. Hubby had to have a garage, no negotiation there. And we both wanted some acreage for our animals. I think Debbie gave me a list of 6 or 8 houses to view. After seeing the first 5, I was starting to get discouraged because each of them was missing at least one of the ‘must have’ items. That’s when Debbie pulled out her ACE in the hole. Not only was it outside city limits sitting on 3 acres, but it met all of our wants & needs! And best of all it was under budget. I’d recommend this fabulous team any day, all day to do the same for anyone else.
